![]() The Community Association Law Practice Group Our attorneys draft, review and analyze governing documents of the homeowners association together with contracts for professional services; enact and provide collection policies and procedures; assist in implementing and enforcing rules and regulations; facilitate developer interaction to enable a positive transition process; resolve construction defect claims; provide dispute resolution and legal advice on an as needed basis. We assist our clients in operating in accordance with laws such as the New Jersey Condominium Act, the Planned Real Estate Development Full Disclosure Act, the Municipal Services Act and regulations promulgated by the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs. We also work with clients to comply with state and federal laws such as the New Jersey Home Warranty and Builders’ Registration Act, the New Jersey Nonprofit Corporation Act, the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination and the State and Federal Fair Housing Acts. The Community Association Law Practice Group is committed to provide clients with complete and thorough legal counsel and interacts with several of the firm's other areas of practice to address matters relating to Employment & Labor Law, Environmental Law, Trial & Insurance, Land Use, Creditors' Rights/Bankruptcy and other areas important to community associations while maintaining constant communication with, and rapid response to, its clients.
